Insieme, ci impegneremo nella preparazione di due tipi di pasta fresca: uno ripieno e l'altro senza ripieno.
La prima creazione sarà rappresentata dai tortelloni verdi farciti con una deliziosa ricotta o una succulenta zucca, mentre il secondo piatto vedrà la realizzazione delle busiate (una tipologia di maccheroni siciliana) alla norma, un'iconica pasta fresca siciliana arrotolata con cura attorno a uno spiedo. Non da ultimo, ma sicuramente di fondamentale importanza, ci dedicheremo alla preparazione di un autentico tiramisù, seguendo la ricetta originale tramandata nella mia famiglia di generazione in generazione.
