Completeremo il tutto degustando il pane appena sfornato e preparando insieme diverse bruschette: al pomodoro, con olio evo e altre delizie di stagione. La stessa procedura, con una cottura diversa, viene utilizzata per realizzare la focaccia.

: Monica and her husband welcomed us in her home and had a lovely family dinner with us. We made two fresh pastas that were delicious. Besides the pasta, they had prepared different food for us to taste. Unfortunately we did not make tiramisu but overall it was a great experience!
: Monica and her husband Paulo were superb hosts. We had a very enjoyable, entertaining and authentic Tuscan culinary experience. Monica was an excellent teacher both in describing verbally and demonstrating what we were required to do. Our engagement in choosing the produce and dishes we cooked plus trying the fruit and herbs from Monica’s garden also added to the experience. We would have no hesitation in recommending to our friends
: Mónica is a lovely woman. She is kind and generous with her time and resources. She is a very good ambassador for the food of Lucca and Tuscany.
: My husband and I had an incredible experience with Monica and her husband. The house was lovely, as we made food on the back patio. We started by making the dough and then while the dough raised, we had some appetizers that were local to their area. We had incredible conversation, although somewhat challenging with the language, but we all did incredibly well. We then made the pasta and the sauces for the noodles. It was an incredible night! And one that I would recommend to anyone.
: Monica and her husband were wonderful hosts and took great care and time to teach and create a fun experience.
