I wish I could rate this experience more than 5 stars. Patrizia was the most lovely, welcoming hostess/ teacher. I felt completely at home from the minute I walked through the door. The flat has a wonderful view of the canal and Venice across the way. The cooking itself was incredible- we made various pastas from scratch as well as tiramisu! This experience was easily the highlight of my stay, and I 100% recommend it to anyone looking! Thank you so much Patrizia for an incredible evening!

I book a pasta class with Patrizia and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel right at home, creating a fun, relaxed environment perfect for learning. The hands-on experience was incredible – we learned the art of making pasta from scratch, from mixing and kneading the dough to creating beautiful shapes like fettuccine, ravioli, and tortellini. She also taught us how to made delicious tiramisu. It was so delicious me and my boyfriend loves it so much. We made two and ate it all and patrizia packed us two more to go. Each step was explained in detail, with plenty of tips on technique, The quality of ingredients was top-notch, and we left with recipes and confidence to make delicious pasta and tiramisu at home. She also made us some delicious appetizers and show us how to make Italian coffee. I would highly recommend this class to anyone looking to expand their culinary skills or just enjoy an authentic Italian cooking experience. Absolutely five stars!” Patrizia was the best!!

I had the pleasure of cooking with Patrizia while in Italy with my best girlfriend this week. This experience was a highlight during our amazing adventure. Patrizia was so warm and friendly and obviously passionate about authentic Italian cooking. She shared techniques, tips and recipes we will be able to incorporate at home. This was an unforgettable experience that I will be raving about for years. The fresh pasta, delicious vegetables and sauce she helped us create were amazing. The authentic Tiramasu was the best I have ever tasted. Highly recommend!
