Attending the "Pasta and Tiramisu" cooking class in Milan was an absolute delight! The experience combined hands-on learning with a warm and inviting atmosphere that Nicoletta and Fabio created for me. Under their expert guidance, I crafted authentic Italian pasta from scratch, learning the art of dough-making and shaping. The highlight, of course, was mastering the secrets behind a perfect Tiramisu.
The class was well-organized, catering to all skill levels, and their passion for Italian cuisine was truly infectious. They shared personal tips and stories, making the class not just educational but also incredibly enjoyable. The small class size ensured personalized attention, and I left with not only newfound culinary skills but also cherished memories.

We were welcomed very warmly by Nicoletta & Fabio in their home in Milan. The atmosphere the whole night was very relaxed and homely, and we were told many things about Italy and Italian food and culture during our conversations!
The Italian - and especially Milanese - style of cooking was explained and showed to us in an easily accessible way. Together we cooked ossobuco and risotto Milanese. As a result, we had a great afternoon where we cooked, ate, talked and learnt new things.
To anyone visiting Milan, we would highly recommend a workshop with Nicoletta & Fabio (cesarine)!

They shared their passion for teaching and food with us. I will absolutely be using the skills and recipes tom make delicious fresh ravioli and pasta. For dessert we were treated with a home made tiramisu that we had made at the beginning of our class. Stupendous people and this was the highlight of our Milan trip. Highly recommend and will come

We could not have asked for a better experience! Nicoletta and Fabio were excellent hosts and their passion for farm to table food was inspiring! We are now on our way back to the States and are excited to make ravioli for our family at home! Hopefully it turns out well. :) Not only did we enjoy cooking and eating, but we also loved the company and sharing travel stories. Would definitely recommend to others!
