Willkommen! Ich bin Marco und heiße euch in der ruhigen Landschaft von Anzola Emilia willkommen, mit einem bequemen Treffpunkt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs von Bologna. Mein Haus, eine alte, geschickt renovierte Scheune, ist von einem gemütlichen Garten und einer Terrasse umgeben, ideal, um gemeinsam Essen und Wein zu genießen. Mit der Hilfe meiner Frau Silvia zeigen wir euch, wie man zwei Arten von frischer Pasta aus Bologna zubereitet, darunter gefüllte Ravioli. Jeder von euch wird sich an seinem Platz wie eine echte „Sfoglina” fühlen. Gemeinsam genießen wir einen Aperitif auf unserer Terrasse im Garten und probieren anschließend die beiden von uns zubereiteten ersten Gänge, gefolgt vom Dessert.
Ich freue mich schon darauf, mit euch die typischen Aromen und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft Bolognas zu teilen!

- We had a truly incredible time with Sylvie, Marco and Andrea for our pasta making experience. It was so much more than just a class - we were welcomed into their lovely countryside home, warmly received, given excellent teaching by Sylvie, and made to feel extremely welcome. We spent the whole evening there cooking and chatting - a very memorable time. I would strongly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Bologna, and especially with Marco, Sylvie and Andrea. The highlight of the holiday! Thank you very much.
- Marco and Sylvia (the cook) were both amazing. The day with them was the highlight of our holiday. Sylvia was an excellent teacher whilst Marco kept everyone laughing. Their hospitality was exceptional and they made us feel part of the family. The pasta that we made and ate was fantastic (thanks to Sylvia's tuition) as were all the other homemade nibbles. The cocktail and wine weren't too bad either.
- We booked Marco and Silvia's cooking class during our visit in Bologna. It was thoroughly easily one of the best experience during our trip in Italy. We had anticipated to meet at a location in the city center, but Marco arrived at our rendezvous and picked us up in his personal vehicle and drove us 15-20min outside of the city center. We arrived at his lovely country home and got to meet his family. Silvia was the head pasta teacher while Marco showed us how he made the sauce. We really enjoyed conversating with his family and learned about Italian cooking culture. The class was thorough and very informative. We finished off the day enjoying our cooking over a glass or two of wine and more great conversation. We highly recommend this class for small groups who enjoy intimate family feel rather than a big group. Thank you Marco for inviting us to your beautiful family.
