We learned how to make pasta entirely from scratch – from kneading the dough to shaping the perfect tagliatelle and tortelloni. Cristina didn’t just share her recipes; she also offered practical tips you won’t find in any cookbook. Everything was shared with such passion and love for the cuisine of Bologna, it was contagious!
The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We tasted, we learned, and we truly enjoyed ourselves.
