Meine beiden Großmütter waren hervorragende Köchinnen, und ich liebte es, bei ihnen zu sein und ihnen zuzusehen, wie sie ihre Spezialitäten zubereiteten. Nach und nach habe ich aus Leidenschaft mein Repertoire erweitert und wurde so zur Anlaufstelle für meine große Familie, wenn es um das Abendessen zu besonderen Anlässen ging.“

- Mi sono sentita subito a casa Cristina molto disponibile e gentile che dire del marito, …. Braccio destro della padrona di casa molto attento nel curare ogni particolare! Esperienza ottima.
- It was an amazing evening with Cristina and her husband. We learned so much about pasta und had nice talks. Both were so accommodating and heartwarming. This experience was definitly the highlight in Bologna.

We learned how to make pasta entirely from scratch – from kneading the dough to shaping the perfect tagliatelle and tortelloni. Cristina didn’t just share her recipes; she also offered practical tips you won’t find in any cookbook. Everything was shared with such passion and love for the cuisine of Bologna, it was contagious! The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We tasted, we learned, and we truly enjoyed ourselves. The result was absolutely delicious! The dishes were pure, authentic, and made with care – by us, under Cristina’s expert guidance. I highly recommend this workshop to everyone – whether you’re a seasoned home cook or just looking for a fun, tasty, and inspiring afternoon or evening.
