Hallo von Paola!

Ich stamme aus Kalabrien und habe durch meine Großmutter einen starken sizilianischen Einfluss und durch die Familie meiner Mutter einen neapolitanischen Einfluss erhalten, sodass ich ein reiches kulinarisches Erbe mitbringe. Seit 25 Jahren lebe ich in Bologna, wo ich mich mit Leidenschaft der lokalen gastronomischen Tradition verschrieben habe und mich zu einer Expertin in der Zubereitung der großen Klassiker aus Bologna entwickelt habe. Ich liebe es jedoch, zu experimentieren und neue Gerichte zu kreieren, die meine Wurzeln mit der Inspiration des Augenblicks verbinden. Meine Küche ist eine Reise zwischen authentischen Aromen und Innovation, immer geleitet von der Liebe zur Geselligkeit und zu hochwertigen Zutaten.

Paola was amazing ! She welcomed us in her home with open arms. Her knowledge on cooking and experience is well beyond what we ever expected. I wish I could leave her 10 stars instead of 5 . she earned them. she was friendly. She was professional and knowledgeable at her craft. Thank you Paola

A very special experience cooking with Paola in Bologna. Paola is a wonderful cook, teaching us to make pumpkin gnocchi, hand-rolled pasta and the best tiramisu in the world with patience and humor in her classic kitchen. Paola even invited a delightful university student to join us to assist in translation. It was a very special evening with delicious food and great conversations about living in Italy, all delivered in Paola's elegant dining room in her beautiful home. Our evening with Paola was the highlight of our two-week stay in Bologna. Even if you don't like to cook, this is an experience that should not be missed.

We had a lovely experience with Paola and anna! They were very friendly and welcoming, we learned so much about the Italian (and Bolognese) food and had a great time. Most importantly - we learned how to make excellent tortellini and tiramisu, it was a very "hands on" experience and the food was amazing! Highly recommend!

Paola was fantastic! My family had so much fun learning how to make ravioli, tagliatelle and tiramisù. My teenagers had fun listening to music, cooking, and everything came out so delicious! Her home is also beautiful and located in the perfect part of Bologna, easy to walk to. I highly reccomended this class with Paola! Better than eating at a restaurant, and it’s so nice to make a friend in Italy!

Paola, was a great teacher and host. She showed us how to make tortillini in broth and creme sauce. For desert we also made tiramisu. They both came out wonderfully. It was certainly the best tortillini and tiramisu we've had. We are for sure going to make this at home once we return. Great experience. We would definitely do again.
