Ich liebe Backwaren, insbesondere Pizza in all ihren Varianten. Ich koche eher klassisch (ich stamme ursprünglich aus Umbrien, bin aber Wahl-Emilianerin!) und habe Spaß daran, ab und zu ein paar zeitgenössische und Fusion-Aromen hinzuzufügen. Ich stehe für Kochkurse und Markttouren zur Verfügung. Ich spreche Italienisch, Englisch und Spanisch.

- Eva is very kind and a great teacher. We had a lot of fun in the class and recommended her to anyone who is considering a Cesarine experience!

- Eva was such a wonderful host! She was welcoming and knowledgeable and shared all of her tips and tricks with us. My husband and I attended and were joined by two people from Greece. We made tortellini, tagliatelle, gnocchi and tiramisu and then enjoyed a meal together with local wines and difestifs. I highly recommend this experience, and highly recommend selecting Eva as your host!
