Hallo von Rosa!
Ich lebe vor den Toren von Bologna, umgeben von Grün, zusammen mit meinen beiden Katzen Tony und Gino, die mit ihrer Freundlichkeit das Haus immer voller Leben machen. Von Beruf bin ich Rechtsanwältin, aber ich liebe auch seit jeher die Küche und die Traditionen Bolognas, die Teil meines Lebens sind. In meiner Freizeit bereite ich gerne die großen Klassiker unserer Küche zu, füge ihnen gelegentlich eine persönliche Note hinzu und teile diese Momente mit Freunden und Gästen in einer authentischen und geselligen Atmosphäre.

- Taking a cooking class with Rosa felt like being invited into your mom’s best friends house. We had a blast, and it instantly felt comfortable and at home. The food was amazing, and I already bought the few tools I need to make them again at my house! Cannot recommend Rosa enough!
- Era da tempo che cercavamo qualche corso di cucina da fare con le Cesarine e abbiamo trovato questo sui tortellini con Rosa. Rosa è gentilissima, simpaticissima e preparatissima. Abbiamo fatto insieme degli ottimi tortellini e mangiato in compagnia. È stata una esperienza bellissima!
- I am visiting Italy for the first time and barely speak Italian. Even so, Rosa was extremely welcoming and made me feel at home. She helped me learn different pasta shapes and fillings in a constructive way. In the end, the pasta was amazing and this class was the highlight of the trip. If you are looking for a homely meal with an extremely kind person to guide your lesson, Rosa is the person for you.
- Rosa’s kitchen offers a delightful culinary experience. Her extensive knowledge and passion for cooking shine through as she communicates with warmth. Rosa teaches the art of combining ingredients, kneading pasta dough, rolling it out thinly with a rolling pin, and folding it to create tortellini. The perfect conclusion to our cooking class was sitting down together to enjoy the meal we had prepared. Rosa’s cooking class is highly recommended, offering solid information and warm hospitality.
- My son and I did a pasta and Tiramisu class with Rosa. She was a wonderful teacher and we had so much fun. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I highly recommend this activity.
