Ich liebe es, Risotto, Tagliatelle al Ragù, Carbonara, Fischgerichte sowie Fleisch und Fisch in verschiedenen Zubereitungsarten zu kochen, und natürlich auch überbackenes Gemüse und verschiedene Desserts.Ich komme aus Venetien, daher kann ich auch Baccalà, süße Gnocchi und andere typische Köstlichkeiten meiner Heimat zubereiten. Außerdem „stehle” ich gerne Rezepte aus anderen Regionen, insbesondere das Risotto alla milanese.

- Laura nous a super bien accueilli. Nous avons beaucoup appris et elle a répondu à toutes nos questions. Le vin offert, le dessert et le café de la fin étaient fabuleux. Nous avons échanger sur nos cultures à travers la préparation et le souper. Nous recommandons fortement l’expérience.
- Laura and her family were an absolute joy to spend an evening with. We had so much fun learning how to make 3 types of pasta, and Laura was a true expert. It was also great getting to share a meal with her family, all of whom are warm, inviting people who are absolute pleasures to be around. We highly recommend this class and will definitely do it again if we ever are lucky enough to come back to Bologna. Don’t hesitate, book this class if she has availability. Laura e la sua famiglia sono stati una vera gioia con cui trascorrere la serata. Ci siamo divertiti moltissimo imparando a preparare tre tipi di pasta, e Laura è stata una vera esperta. È stato anche bellissimo condividere il pasto con la sua famiglia, tutti calorosi, accoglienti e davvero piacevoli da frequentare. Consigliamo vivamente questa esperienza e la rifaremmo sicuramente se dovessimo essere abbastanza fortunati da tornare a Bologna.

- Highly recommend, an experience you will not forget. Laura welcomes you into her home as if you have known each other before. It was like going to a friend’s home in order to learn how to cook a dish along with a good discussion about Italian cuisine. Home away from home. So, happy i decided on this experience to welcome me to Bologna.
- We had a wonderful evening at Lauras apartment. We were welcomed with a snack and a drink. After that we started right away to make the dough for pasta and in between we prepared the best tiramisu we ever ate. Everything was best organized! She even prepared some dough for the tagliatelle in advance because it need some rest. Our highlight was to make the tortelloni. It was well explained and we had a lot of fun doing it. After all that we had a super nice dinner with the stuff we made, some coffee and great conversations! The whole experience was the highlight of our trip to Bologna and we can just recommend Laura as a host! Thank you and we hope to see someday again! :)
