Hallo von Cecilia!
Am Ende einer Straße etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, gegenüber dem Park des Stibbert-Museums, öffnet unsere Cesarina die Türen ihres Hauses, von dem aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Stadt genießen kann. „Kochen macht mir Spaß und hebt immer meine Stimmung. Ich bin immer auf der Suche nach dem perfekten Rezept, und wenn ich es finde, bewahre ich es wie einen Schatz auf.“ Cecilias Küche ist einfach, aber sehr schmackhaft: „Ich lade gerne Freunde zu mir nach Hause ein, ohne viel Formalitäten, aber ich gebe ihnen das Beste, was ich kann.“

- Cecilia was an excellent host & a MARVELOUS chef!! We learned so much from her in our short, private time together. Her home is welcoming and comfortable, overlooking beautiful Florence. She is patient and very good at giving directions to those that have never done this before. We have already purchased a pasta attachment for our mixer so we can replicate the dish!! Tiramisu was out of this world. We loved every moment of this experience and was the highlight of our trip to Florence! Thank you Cecilia, we hope to see you again!

Der Kurs war durchdacht, wir hatten Auswahlmöglichkeiten in der Zubereitung und konnten gute Tipps mit nach Hause nehmen. Zuhause haben wir schon nachgekocht. So lecker! WIr können diesen Kurs bei Cesarine sehr empfehlen. Cecilia ist eine sehr sympatische Gastgeberin. Der Ausblick aus den Fenstern war fantastisch.
- This was truly a wonderful experience. My husband and two teenage girls could not wait for this experience while visiting Italy. Cecilia really made it more than we expected. She was kind and welcoming. We learned a lot about pasta making and she even shared some of her secrets. The bruschetta tasted amazing with her family oil and the dinner was so delicious, we are excited to re create at home. Cecilia made this time with her so enjoyable that my family wanted to go back to her warm home again for another meal. I would highly recommend a pasta class with Cecilia. - Taking Cecilia’s pasta-making class was truly an unforgettable experience! Her beautiful home was easy to find, and from the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcome. Cecilia is a wonderful teacher — patient, knowledgeable, and so encouraging throughout the process. She guided us through each step and even gave us great recommendations on where to buy all the pasta tools we would need to recreate everything at home. The conversation flowed so easily with her; she’s such a kind and genuine person. We will cherish this memory for years to come and can’t wait to make pasta on our own thanks to Cecilia’s incredible guidance. Highly recommend!
