Your menu

    The panzerotto brings joy, uniting friends and family; in Bari, it's the king of Apulian street food. I prepare them following the traditional Bari recipe, resulting in a fried dough that's both crispy and soft. Classic panzerotti fillings are tomato and mozzarella or minced meat with tomato and mozzarella. Over time, fillings have become more elaborate: we can taste them with sautéed turnip greens or tomato and strong ricotta (a creamy, slightly spicy Apulian cheese). We'll prepare them together in these four variations, having fun while cooking and enjoying them hot with fresh seasonal vegetables. A delicious jam tart will conclude our meal. I look forward to welcoming you for this special culinary experience.

    We had an incredible evening, and unforgettable experience with Sara, her daughter, and Francesco hosted in her beautiful home. They were so warm, inviting and kind, we shared excellent conversation and laughter, and of course, amazing food. We had panzerotti, made four different ways (including vegan), had fennel to digest, a lovely rosé wine, and finished with some limoncello and dolce homemade by Sara. It was brilliant. Grazie Mille Sarah and family and thank you for making our stay unforgettable.
