You will be hosted in my art studio located in the charming historic market of Ballarò (Souk El Ballarak), where together we will decide on our menu. We will immerse ourselves in the colorful market stalls, full of the typical scents of our land, to select fresh ingredients. We will return home to bring our menu to life, mixing imagination, tradition and seasonal produce. The menu, consisting of appetizer, first course with fresh pasta and dessert, will adapt to the seasons and your personal tastes. I will be attentive to your allergies and intolerances. During lunch/dinner, you will enjoy excellent organic Sicilian wine, all accompanied by my stories and songs.
