My Granny's Menù.
I am waiting for you to sit around my table, preparing you the ancient dishes that I was enjoying when I was a little kid. Authentic and good Food that smell of tradition: Meat appetizer of butese's croutons. Small meatballs and large platter of cold cuts followed by salted, hot focaccia. Hand made pasta, prepared with lots of love... all of this to end with ancient flavours of very special cakes that will be followed by a good wine. Do not lose the opportunity to experience the warm and ancient atmosphere in my house through authentic flavours.

Oltre che per l'accoglienza e per le chiacchiere, vogliamo ringraziare Cosetta per la passione e l'amore con cui ci ha preparato il pranzo, dandoci la possibilità di assaggiare buonissime specialità del territorio toscano! Insieme e con i suoi preziosi consigli abbiamo fatto e gustato dei buonissimi gnocchi di ricotta che rifaremo senz'altro a casa nostra! Consigliamo vivamente questa esperienza a chiunque desideri assaporare l'autentica cucina italiana in un ambiente accogliente. Grazie a Cosetta e Paolo e...speriamo di reincontrarci presto! - we made ravioli, it was delicious! We have received many recipes so that we can make them at home. it was super fun! Cosetta and Paolo are lovely people! we want a repeat, then pizza!!
- My friend Steve and I had a wonderful in home authentic Italian cooking class and our friends were able to join us to enjoy our own lunch . Concetta was a great and gracious teacher. It was also very helpful to have Paolo guide us in since parking was tricky. Thank you so very much , I would certainly refer someone to Cesarine if they wanted to do a class.

Cesarina from 2022Location: Buti Languages: Italian and English"I have always enjoyed cooking traditional Tuscan dishes and in particular those of Butesi, because all the recipes passed to me by my mom and my grandmother (who with my grandfather also had a pizzeria). My recipes are in fact enclosed in a notebook very precious to me and, among my favorite dishes there are crostini alla butese as an appetizer and macaroni with meat sauce and egg noodles for the first courses. Among the second courses my preferences are for black sprouts with pork and zucchini stuffed. For desserts tiramisu and castagnaccio. Preferably, I like to cook earthy dishes, appetizers, first and second courses of meat and desserts ".
