    Pasta frolla, sponge cake, and sponge dough are the foundation of any dessert. I will teach you the basics and then guide you to create more elaborate sweets. With shortcrust pastry, you can make various types of tarts, sweet or savory; sponge cake can be used for filled cakes with pastry cream or chocolate, and sponge dough can be crafted into fruity or jam-filled rolls. A foundational course that will unleash your creativity in the kitchen!

    Gabriella had already precooked some dishes, which was fantastic because we only had to finish the dish while she ecplained the tips and tricks. Lovely italian dishes, great place with wonderful view over the lake, highly recommended!

    Three girlfriends and I had dinner with Gabriella and her husband. What a fun night with many laughs and learning. She taught us how to make risotto and other Italian cooking tips, but we enjoyed four courses including wine and dessert. Awesome experience and would highly recommend an evening with this wonderful couple!!
