We will visit the Capo market , which remains the only market still frequented by Palermitans buying fruits and vegetables , where however you can appreciate all the Sicilianity of a real market .
After visiting the market we will go to my house where a spectacular aperitif will be waiting for you on the terrace if it is summer , and you can taste typical dishes of the city' such as sfincione , panelle e cazzilli , arancinette , la caponata and a bruschetta . All accompanied by a bottle of bubbles , you do not know what bubbles are . Come and find out at my house

- Great pasta class. Rosa Maria is a great host and an excellent teacher of cooking. We made the pasta and sauce and then sat down together to enjoy our efforts with some lovely wine.

Rosa Maria’s house was beautiful and learning to make eggplant caponata, fresh pasta with sun-dried tomato pesto, and FRESH cannoli was amazing. Rosa Maria is so kind, knowledgeable, and a very patient teacher :)We’d love to come back with friends and we are absolutely booking with her again! Thank you, Rosa Maria!
- Oh my goodness such fun!! RosaMaria was amazing and I actually made fresh pasta! I would highly recommend this experience to everyone. Eating with her and her family was the best end to a great trip around Sicily!!

Cesarina from 2018Location: Palermo (PA) Languages: Italian, English, French In Sicily, especially in Palermo, there is one true regional cuisine — based on four essential ingredients: pasta, olive oil, vegetables, and oily fish. These are the foundations of my cooking. My dishes reflect this tradition, but I love to add a touch of imagination and a desire to experiment, always staying true to the spirit of our ancient recipes. I use ingredients that are deeply connected to the land and sea of Sicily. I welcome my guests here in Palermo, but through my food, I also invite them to discover the aromas and flavors of Favignana, Ustica, and San Vito Lo Capo.
