    During the course, you’ll literally get your hands dirty and learn to make fresh pasta according to Sicilian tradition, just as it’s been done in homes across the island for generations. But the journey doesn’t end there: we’ll delve into the flavours of our land by preparing classic involtini, a treasure of local cuisine; you’ll be the ones to choose whether you prefer the taste of the sea or the robust flavour of meat. Finally, we’ll sit down at the table like old friends to enjoy what we’ve prepared, toasting the beauty of sharing with a fine wine.
