Hello, I'm Valentina, and I'm opening the doors of my kitchen in the heart of Palermo for an authentic experience filled with aromas, tradition and conviviality. During the course, you will literally get your hands dirty and learn how to make fresh pasta according to Sicilian tradition, just as it has been done in homes on the island for generations. But the journey doesn't end there.
We will immerse ourselves in the flavours of our land by preparing classic involtini, a treasure of local gastronomy. You can choose whether you prefer the taste of the sea or the strong flavour of meat. If you have a particular desire, we will fulfil it together by agreeing on a tailor-made menu.
