We’ll make ravioli in various shapes and fresh pasta shapes such as tagliatelle, tagliolini and fettuccine, using fillings made from seasonal vegetables like aubergines, artichokes, pumpkin and potatoes. The pasta will be served with a fragrant citrus pesto featuring oranges, pine nuts, basil, mint and fried aubergines, showcasing the most authentic flavours of Sicily. To round off the experience, a toast with Italian prosecco and a taste of sfincione.
