If you are visiting beautiful Turin and would like to enjoy a delicious hot dish without necessarily having to go to a restaurant, we will be happy to welcome you to our home.
My wife will offer you a glass of prosecco to start, while I, meanwhile, will show you how to prepare the pasta and cook it on the spot. In no time at all, you will get to learn some useful culinary tricks that you can replicate in the comfort of your own home. We will then serve you a generous portion of pasta to enjoy as you stroll through the city streets, allowing you to savor the pleasure of home cooking in an urban setting. We will be happy to share this moment with you and make your visit to Turin even more memorable.

- Really lovely experience of authentic traditional Turin food with great hosts
- Wonderful experience. Food was excellent and Alberto and his wife were lovely hosts, situated in a convenient and upscale area. Easy to chat with and full of local recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would recommend.
- It was a really nice workshop, a lot fun. Feeling like hanging out with friended while making delicious pastas and tiramisu. We enjoyed the warm welcome and guidance from Alberto and his wife and the fellow participants. Highly recommended this activity.
- Alberto and his wife were such gracious hosts! They knew how to make the small group, who did not know one another prior to meeting, feel comfortable with one another. As he coached us through the skills, Alberto explained not only what to do, but also what was happening within the ingredients and why the techniques he recommended were important. This prompted great conversation among the group, a truly international mix, about our own family favorites. In the time, we ended up with a variety of pastas and ways to flavor them, as well as a delicious dessert. Eating what we made Italian family style was the perfect finish!
