    In this culinary experience we will dedicate ourselves, with these "fruits," to the preparation of tasty gnocchi that we will then cook and enjoy together with an encore of sauces freshly prepared according to seasonality. Our garden provides us with seasonal vegetables every day, which we use to prepare both daily meals and delicious preserves in oil, such as eggplant, zucchini, and red cabbage. Luca’s passion for fishing in the Venetian Lagoon often gives us access to fresh fish, enriching our culinary creations. Our origins and life experiences allow us to explore dishes from Venetian, Lombard, and Spanish traditions, always adding a personal touch that celebrates quality and authentic flavors.
