    Special appetizers made with gluten-free, dairy-free flours and selected ingredients, such as rice puffs with tuna mousse, zucchini and almond mayonnaise without eggs. Keto savory tarts, vegetarian or not, made according to guests' requests: I usually offer keto puff or brisée bases filled with tasty vegetable, fish, or meat fillings. Low-carb pizzas, topped with traditional ingredients or gourmet versions, such as my buckwheat pizzoccheri pizza with spinach, potatoes, and cheeses from Valtellina. And to top it all off, an irresistible dessert: a chocolate fondant cake made with gluten-free flour. As my kitchen also prepares dishes with gluten, cross-contamination is possible.
