For the first course, we'll make busiate together—fresh handmade pasta dressed with a fragrant roasted pepper pesto. To finish, we'll prepare gelo al cioccolato, a fresh and aromatic chocolate spoon dessert. It will be a journey through the authentic flavors and ancient gestures of our culinary tradition, enriched by stories, local ingredients, and hands-on practice.
