    Experience an authentic traditional Sicilian cooking class in my home in Ragusa.

    Together, we will prepare three typical recipes from our land, carefully following each step. We’ll start with the appetizer: schiacciata stuffed with sausage, broccoli, and capuliato—a burst of rustic and genuine flavors. Then, we’ll move on to the first course, mushroom ravioli—handmade fresh pasta filled with rich aromas and tradition. Finally, we’ll finish with the sweet and light ricotta cannoli, a symbol of Sicilian pastry. I will guide you step by step, sharing the secrets of true Sicilian home cooking, through stories, hands-on preparation, and local ingredients. An engaging experience, a wonderful moment of sharing to enjoy together.

    We had a fantastic Experience with Salvina. The Food was very delicious and we had a lot of Fun preparing Pizza and pasta. She Was a very friendly and welcoming host and also very sweet with our little daughter

    We had a lovely time with Salvina and her family. Learning how to make pasta was a fun way to spend a morning and we will be making it at home. Her tiramisu was in fact much better than what we had at restaurants! Communication was easy and not a problem at all using translation apps.

    We spent an unforgettable day with Salvina and Angelo. First we vistited a Campagna Amica Market with countless local products. New to us was the vegetable „tenerezze“, which we were able to taste in the Cooking Class later. The cooking class itself took place in a romantic old country house. We made fresh pasta, including ravioli according to an old family recipe, and enjoyed it with a delicious sauce. A tiramisu rounded off the meal.
