We will start with a walk near my home, where I will show you the hidden beauties of the city and continue with a tour of the local market to let you experience the essence of Venetian life by discovering the freshness and authenticity of local products. You will have the opportunity to taste delicious dishes, such as: prawns with black cabbage chips, scallop with bacon and sage, a pumpkin and licorice velouté, risotto with clams and scampi and then finish with a delicious tiramisu and sip a Soave prosecco. In addition, I will be ready to satisfy your curiosity about history and culinary secrets. You will get to know the stories, legends and tales that every Venetian learns since childhood.

: We had a wonderful trip to Italy, but the true Highlight of the trip was cooking with Mauro our Cesarine. It was truly a delightful experience. I would do it again and again. He was so knowledgeable about Venice and the history as well as the beautiful foods of the region. We had 3 generations ages 16-63...Thank you for the wonderful experience... Magnifico !!!
: Mauro was a fantastic host and teacher, we had a really lovely and special morning, we'd booked as part of a 30th birthday trip to Venice and this made the weekend! We've come away with the knowledge of how to make fresh pasta and Tiramisu and memories of a lovely morning. Mauro went above and beyond to make our visit special so very grateful for his time :)
