"You always cook thinking of someone, otherwise you're just preparing food"What I love most is passing down the traditions of my region through culinary art, that is, everything that has been passed down to me by my grandmothers since I was a child. A journey that goes from homemade pasta, to traditional pittule, to the typical sweets of my land.

- ¡Una experiencia maravillosa! Participé en una clase de cocina con Lucia y fue absolutamente encantadora. Aprendimos a hacer orecchiette salentinas desde cero, siguiendo la tradición local, y luego preparamos un delicioso tiramisú casero. Lucia fue muy amable, paciente y simpática durante toda la clase. Nos hizo sentir como en casa y compartió con nosotros no solo recetas, sino también historias y consejos auténticos de su región. ¡Recomiendo esta experiencia a todos los amantes de la cocina italiana!
