Welcome to my kitchen, nestled in the green hills of the Turin countryside!

My name is Chiara, I’m a certified Aici cooking instructor and I collaborate with Eataly Lingotto. For this reason, my classes are not only hands-on experiences, but also valuable learning opportunities. In this class, we’ll uncover all the secrets of egg pasta: from understanding the characteristics of the perfect dough to mastering the traditional rolling technique using a rolling pin. Together, we’ll prepare two classic pasta shapes that are symbols of Piedmontese cuisine: tagliatelle and tajarin. At the end of the lesson, we’ll enjoy the dishes we’ve made, served with a fresh, vegetarian summer sauce, and paired with a glass of Freisa, a typical wine from our local hills.
