In this course, I'll show you how to prepare fried gnocchi and share a few secrets for making them delicious! We'll enjoy them with cured meats as a hearty appetizer paired with a good wine. Our main dish will be pumpkin tortelloni with ragù (pumpkin sourced directly from a nearby farm), followed by the traditional and flavorful pork fillet in balsamic vinegar, a celebration of typical Emilian ingredients! Of course, we'll also have side dishes and homemade bread. To sweetly conclude our culinary journey, we'll delve into the classic tiramisu or indulge in the tasty English trifle.
