I would love to welcome you to my little magical world, where you can hear the chatter of crickets and melodies of owls, a place filled with tranquility and nature's joy.
After a light gourmet appetizer, I wish to share a taste from my childhood, a typical Modenese dish that I've cooked hundreds of times. It may seem simple, but it requires care and skill at every step to make it truly special: fried gnocchi, a type of fried bread! It will be the star of our menu along with crescentine (sort of small discs of bread), served with an array of sauces, cold cuts, and cheeses for stuffing. We'll conclude with a traditional sweet: English soup. The evening wouldn't be complete without good wine and homemade nocino, a liqueur obtained from the walnut husk. I'm excited to host you!
