I invite you to an experience fully dedicated to the scents and flavors of my Emilia. We will prepare dishes together and then taste them while sipping good wine: we'll create a fragrant charcuterie board of appetizers with cured meats, cheeses, and balsamic vinegar (the so-called "black gold" of my region). Then, I'll teach you how to make tagliatelle that we'll season with ragù. We'll end on a sweet note with tiramisù... my very own tiramisù!
