We'll learn to create three authentic local recipes: fried gnocchi, pumpkin tortelloni with meat ragù, and the sweet finale, tiramisù. I'll reveal the secrets to easily prepare fried gnocchi, a simple but irresistible dish, to be enjoyed with quality cold cuts, cheeses, and paired with a selected wine. I will guide you in preparing pumpkin tortelloni, seasoned with a tasty meat ragù, using fresh pumpkins from our land that paint Emilian autumn in yellow-orange hues. Finally, we'll indulge in a sweet moment with tiramisu, according to my mom's special recipe. At the end, I will provide all the recipes so you can recreate them at your home.
