Our menu offers a delicious selection of dishes prepared with high quality ingredients. We will begin with delicious fried gnocchi, accompanied by a board of cold cuts and cheeses, along with a taste of balsamic vinegar from Modena.
As a first course, you will enjoy maccheroni al pettine with a meat sauce, prepared with pork ribs. During the preparation, I will show you a method that uses a special readily available tool to make the pasta even more delicious. For the second course, cotechino e fagioli (pork sausage and beans) will be served, a typical dish from Emilia Romagna with an enveloping and authentic flavor. To conclude this extraordinary culinary experience, I will delight you with an authentic tiramisu, prepared following the recipe handed down from my mother.
