    We will prepare three types of fresh pasta together, seasoned with local ingredients and inspired by Sicilian traditions. I will reveal all the tricks: we will knead both with wheat flour and eggs and with durum wheat and water. We will make tasty recipes using quality raw materials, all with joy and accompanied by a good glass of Etna wine. We will end the experience by tasting together the dishes we will have created.

    Un’esperienza splendida! Io e mia mamma abbiamo partecipato a una cooking class sulla pasta fresca ed è stato un pomeriggio divertente, rilassante e ricco di gusto. Il nostro Cesarino ci ha guidate con gentilezza e competenza, facendoci sentire a casa mentre imparavamo nuove tecniche. Siamo tornate con ricette, sorrisi e un bellissimo ricordo condiviso.
