We will share step-by-step all the secrets for preparing the perfect potato gnocchi, ideal for all kinds of sauces. We will taste the gnocchi with three different sauces: one red, one white and one green. However, I don't want to reveal everything now; it will be a delicious surprise. I look forward to meeting you, preparing the gnocchi together and toasting this unforgettable culinary experience!

    Patrizia and Luca were exceptional hosts! We thoroughly enjoyed our time learning to make potato gnocchi and tiramisu, sampling their tasty appetizers, entrees, and wine, learning about the community, enjoying the spectacular views of the hamlet of Bellano, touring their garden, and getting to know Patrizia and Luca. This experience was a highlight of our honeymoon. We look forward to recreating the recipes with our family and friends now that we have returned to the USA!     I can’t rave enough about the cooking experience my daughter, niece and I had with Patrizia! What a friendly host she was and made us feel so comfortable in her cozy and beautiful family home! So fun to have a hands on cooking experience and eating the yummy meal after it was prepared and good conversation around the table. Not only did she make it special for us Patrizia texted us the recipes and sent my daughter recommendations of things to do and see when we visit Milan this week. Hands down I would highly suggest this to be part of anyone’s plan when they come to Lake Como. My favorite so far and I will never forget this special time with a new friend Patrizia!     "My life is tied to the lake, this is where I have my roots and where I’m fine. I am a painter, my work allows me to manage time and the kitchen is for me my second workshop, where I can easily create dishes instead of paintings. My two children, now grown up and my husband were those who made me practice and love cooking. Hosting friends during the summer in the garden was an opportunity to understand that receiving guests is a pleasure and a personal enrichment. The ingredients of my recipes are all genuine, from local producers:  honey, cheese, fish, directly from the fisherman in Dervio, and vegetables from my garden that my husband cares with passion for many years. Our house is a bit like the houses of the past, the fireplace and the stove allow us to warm up and cook with wood, and I must say that the result of the dishes cooked on the wood stove is very good. Also in the garden we have a kitchen and, in summer, we prepare, cook and always eat outdoors."
