: Sylvia was wonderful. Warm and welcoming into her home. Teaching us her family recipe of gnocchi, tiramisu and explaining the best way to make real ragu. I highly recommend her and this experience in Lucca.
: Silvia was wonderful! She was gracious, warm and welcoming. She was so passionate about Italian food and tradition. Her directions were clear and she allowed everyone an opportunity to participate in preparing food. By the time we sat down to eat what we had made, it felt like a family meal! Molto bene! : We arranged to join Silvia on this experience our very first week in Lucca so we would learn the best markets and food shops—and we certainly did! Our half day with Silvia and one other couple was perfect. We had enjoyable conversations, learned some new recipes and food ideas, and ate very well.
