- Crostini with mushroom patè and basket with porcini mushrooms
- Fettuccine with porcini mushrooms
- Chestnut musse and porcini mushrooms with grapes
The experience will involve making a series of appetizers with champignon and porcini mushrooms, paired with sliced meats, polenta, cheese and mousse.
The first course will be a traditional classic, namely homemade fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. The combination of the variety of appetizers with mushrooms and fettuccine, allow tasting selected types of mushrooms in various combinations and flavors. Dessert will also showcase the surprising and unexpected qualities of mushrooms in the preparation of desserts. I look forward to your visit!
