Hi, I am Graziella, a Cesarina. My passion for cooking has roots from childhood, when I used to spend time in the home kitchen with my mother. Today, here at the foot of Spello, one of the most enchanting villages in Italy, where my house stands, I propose an aperitif in the company of my guests. Next, we will prepare together two typical local first courses, in a gluten-free version, since I have celiac disease. Finally, we will share the meal we created in front of this beautiful view. I hope you can join me in this unique culinary experience.

It’s November 2024 and I was just reminiscing about our cooking class in Italy with Graziella. It was such a wonderful time.. Ericka was our interpreter and made the conversation so easy for us. While we made pasta we laughed, drank espresso, laughed some more, and then enjoyed the fruits of our labor with some great wine. I felt like I was at the home of a friend which I was by the end of the class. lWe made wonderful pasta and we dined together. The experience was priceless.

The passion for cooking sprouted from my childhood days when I played with dolls and concocted imaginative dishes with soil and water. That's how I embarked on my culinary journey, inspired by my mother, a homemaker who crafted delicious meals. I learned to roll out pasta with a "rasagnolo," to bake bread, and so forth. For about 35 years, this passion has evolved into my profession, thanks to my experience in the restaurant industry. Around 10 years ago, I discovered that I have celiac disease and decided to reinvent all of my mother's recipes, adapting them to be gluten-free. It was a significant experience that further fueled my passion because today, I can offer delightful and safe dishes for those, like me, who have celiac disease.
