A cross between breakfast and lunch, Sunday's brunch is an Anglo-Saxon tradition that I love so much. Between sweet and savory will parade on the table that I will prepare for you fresh eggs from my hens -scrambled, with tomato sauce, fried, omelette with herbs- pancakes & pain brioche, fresh cheeses with my jams and cured meats- only for non vegetarians- pies and focaccias,fruit cakes, cheesecake and custard with sour cherries. There will be no shortage of American coffee and espresso and freshly created centrifuges. We will experience a different Sunday morning already smelling of Christmas just around the corner!

- Wat een leuke belefenis. Het begon allemaal met een hartelijk welkom. Giovannella deed alles om ons een leuk moment te bezorgen. Jammer dat de regen spelbreker was, maar dit werd ruimschoots gecompenseerd door het enthousiasme van de gastvrouw! Superervaring! Dank u wel voor alles
- Wonderful moment with Jeanette, who speak a very good French ! This was a pleasure to go to the market, to taste everything we were curious on. Then going to Jeanette’s Masseria, we cooked pasta, had a coffee and discussed about technics and trick that will help us make the same at home. We had a great meal and many advices on the region and the local food to taste ! Thank you very much Jeanette !
- Giovannella is a great teacher and super welcoming host. I loved her passion for food. We made delicious tiramisu and orechiette. And we had an entertaining afternoon and dinner. Go and experience, I would advise.

- Giovannella is a good host, she loves to teach cooking and takes good care of her guests. In her classes she demonstrates and you work yourself. The result was delicious.

I love cooking with seasonal, local products, and whenever possible, ingredients from my own garden. I enjoy growing and using aromatic herbs, transforming fruit into unique and healthy jams, as well as creating traditional liqueurs. My cuisine is typical of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, as a Neapolitan transplanted to Puglia, with Sicilian and Campanian grandmothers and a Pugliese mother-in-law. I love French cuisine and exploring “fusion” experiences that blend Southern Italian and international flavors.
