A Tour of the Rialto Market: We will visit the lively stalls of the Rialto Market and discover the history and the local delicacies of the Venetian cuisine. Here, you will have the opportunity to purchase farm-to-table products directly from local farmers and immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of Venice!

An Aperitivo Veneziano: After the market, I will welcome you to my home for an authentic Aperitivo Veneziano! We will toast with two glasses of wine per person and taste Venetian cicchetti, our typical bite-sized snacks, whose history and recipe I will share with you!

: Barbara was amazing! My 13 year old daughter and I took the class with Barbara on our recent visit to Venice. We were able to explore the Rialto Market and the shops in the area as we picked up ingredients for our meal preparation. The best bread, veggies! She was patient and very kind! Make the best eggplant tomoato sauce EVER! Would do this again, anytime! Grazie Mille, Ms. Barbara!
: Fantastic experience. Alberto was a great teacher and we had a lot of fun. The pasta and tiramisu we made were easy and we will definately make these at home. A great experience and I would definately recommend this.
: Nicolò was not our teacher. His cousin was there when we arrived. She was pleasant but made it very clear, this was her last class, she was moving away and it seemed that she really didn’t enjoy what she was doing. We made tiramisu, ravioli and spaghetti. She then prepared a meal for us. I did learn from the experience but the teacher was not what I expected.
: An amazing pasta making class! The most intimate cooking class I've ever taken. It was only my party of 3 and the so hands on. The class take place in an Italian home with an amazing view. Got a real and authentic Italian experience.

Hi, I'm Nicolò! My family and I are a whole chef family with passion and deep knowledge of Venetian cuisine! I became a chef out of passion. Initially, I opened an Italian restaurant in the Philippines then it was time to relive my mother's house and the joy of being together around the table. Ever since I was a child, my mother transmitted respect for good food and care in preparing it, but also the ethics of hospitality that distinguishes Venetian people. Hosting experiences in my house, in a building of the '500, you'll be welcomed by my sisters Maria and Cinthia, my young and talented cousins Anthe, Andrea, Lorenzo or myself.
