Together, we will create delicious pizza using delicious ingredients and local flours, with minimal yeast. We will process the simple, natural ingredients with attention to resting and processing times, alternating techniques that will make our pizza truly unique. This recipe, over time, has been modified and reinterpreted to ensure a highly digestible result. It will be a pleasure to host you in my home to share a unique and unrepeatable dining experience together.

Gabriella and Fausto are very welcoming and friendly to invite you into their home. The cooking class itself is fun and practical, whether you are an experienced home chef or never cooked before. Gabriella gives good instructions and lets you do the ‘work’. There is not a single dull moment. After the preparations and cooking, you get to eat the pasta’s you prepared yourself and it is delicious! Gabriella even packed up the left overs for us to take with us!
