Immerse yourself in Sicilian tradition by participating in the harvesting and pressing of olives in an authentic oil mill. You will discover how olives are transformed into green gold and taste the freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil, with its intense aroma and unique flavor.
Together we will visit the oil mill, see the different stages of processing (from crushing to extraction), and at the end I will guide you through a sensory tasting of the new oil, paired with local bread, cheeses, and other typical products.
