    Experience an exclusive tasting of a refined selection of traditional Ligurian vegetable pies. The main dish features Sgabeo from La Spezia, a local excellence consisting of delicious fried bread dough, served with an assortment of mixed cold cuts and cheeses, including both classics and local specialties. We continue with Ligurian stuffed zucchini, a burst of flavors accompanied by a fresh garden salad and a tasty pepper stew.

    We conclude our culinary journey with a sweet finale: you will have the option to choose between the traditional Ligurian Buccellato or a delicately exquisite Ricotta and Pine Nut Cake from La Spezia.

    "Being a food blogger I love to cook everything, I especially prefer the typical Ligurian and Venetian recipes as I lived in Vicenza for 26 years. I am very good at preparing ravioli and stools, a typical dish from La Spezia and having a wood oven at home I make very thick bread focaccia but also savory pies and the typical Ligurian savory rice cake ".
