As a local mountain guide of the Monti Lattari, and with a family of farmers and breeders behind me for four generations, I wish to revive and exalt the flavors of the past with unique and authentic dishes, simple and genuine. Our motto is "Good food, good mood." Walking through the villages of the Amalfi Coast means discovering traditions and dishes with ancient flavors now almost forgotten.

I will welcome you into the house of my grandparents, where for four generations we have lovingly and passionately continued the production of cured meats, the transformation of tomatoes into passata, and the harvest of grapes for a fine wine, rich with the aromas and scents of the divine coast.
