Three ingredients and an incredible smell.

Courgettes, provolone del monaco cheese and basil. It might sound trite, but it is a typical main course of the Amalfi Coast that every traveler must try when coming to Naples. "La Nerano"(we release the recipe and procedure) will be the main course, but it will not be the only delicacy of our tradition that you can taste in our home restaurant. We will start with a typical appetizer according to the season and the availability of the vegetable garden. We will continue with a stringy pasta alla Nerano with provolone del monaco and basil. To end the meal a typical dessert or homemade cake, and there of typical liqueurs such as limoncello, melannurca, finocchietto and nocillo.
