Born in Florence but living in Bologna for many years, Roberta continues to move between Emilia and Tuscany, skillfully blending the tastes of these two beautiful regions. Her cuisine offers a wide range of dishes, and her creativity allows her to reinterpret traditional regional classics, adapting them to the season, the theme of the event or the wishes of her guests.

    Abbiamo avuto un'ottima esperienza da Roberta con dei nostri clienti giapponesi. Ci ha accolto nella sua bellissima casa con grande attenzione e premure. La serata è stata impeccabile per cibo, location e preparazione. Semplicemente non potevamo chiedere di meglio.

    Roberta was incredible! From the moment we arrived we felt like we were at home. She was hospitable and welcoming and her home was absolutely beautiful! She welcomed us with homemade crackers and meats and served us wine on her gorgeous balcony. Shortly after we began cooking and she was an expert at her craft! We consider ourselves very good home chefs and still, she taught us many things we didn’t know! We’ve been traveling through Italy eating at some of the best restaurants and the pasta we made with Roberta was as impressive as our experiences at top restaurants. From start to finish she was both exceptional as a host and a chef! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing experience in Bologna!

    I love my kitchen both as a space and as a working environment. I enjoy getting my hands in the dough to make pasta, including thin sheets and shortcrust pastry. Being Tuscan, my cuisine is a blend of Tuscan and Emiliana traditions. From the typical lasagna and tagliatelle to the classic Tuscan pappa al pomodoro, my kitchen represents a fusion of these regional influences. The journey through traditional flavors continues with favorites like tiramisu and the iconic Prato biscuits, perfect for dipping into Vin Santo. My kitchen reflects my passion for tradition and the joy of sharing these gastronomic pleasures with others.
