This experience in Salerno includes a market tour, a typical four-course menu with starter, pasta, main with side dish, dessert and wine included. What will be on the table? A starting appetizer with cheeses and typical sauces followed by spaghetti with anchovies. Then we will make eggplant or zucchini parmigiana, according to seasonality and the ingredients bought earlier, and lastly the famous babà (a yeast cake soaked in rhum syrup).

- Antonia was so kind to invite us into her home. She is such a beautiful host and fabulous chef. She gave us a fantastic tour of the local market and life in Salerno. Her beautiful home was so inviting and the meal she prepared for us was so delicious! We will visit her again on our next visit to Salerno!

- This was my absolute favorite experience in Salerno!! Antonia and her husband were such gracious hosts, they immediately made me feel right at home in their beautiful place! And the meal was just incredible, more than the 4 courses promised, everything delicious! And topped off at the end with home made sorbet and liqueurs. They also gave me suggestions on a couple of places not to miss and looked up and wrote down the train schedule for me. Truly wonderful hosts, I couldn't have imagined a better experience. Cosi grato!!!
