"I love to host and take care of the table, I always try to create a mise en place with some ingredient that recalls the menu or seasonality. I prefer to cook dishes of land, typical of the Tuscan tradition, I do not try too much in desserts... but only not to eat too many!"

We initially booked a cooking class in Pisa, and were informed there was a change in availability, which led us to our cooking experience with Silvia in Lucca. It was a pleasure to meet Silvia in her beautiful home. Silvia gave clear instructions that were easy to follow and the food was simple, in using ingredients that are commonly found in the kitchen, but turned out to be delicious. Her passion for cooking shines through when she speaks. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
