Creating the typical dishes in Colle Val d'elsa

Memories of my childhood, the dishes my mother cooked, an itinerary in traditional Italian cuisine ranging from Piedmont to Campania. Simple recipes but with the unmistakable taste of home and family. The menu will consist of three classic dishes of Italian regional cuisine.

In a familiar and modern setting, you will taste traditional Tuscan dishes with some special reinterpretations. You'll range from the tradition of black Tuscan crostino with livers and pici (typical inland Tuscan pasta) with meat sauce, to a modern take on traditional cantuccini with Vin Santo.

It is the typical Sienese sweet, made with candied fruit and almonds, a must on our tables. Good as a dessert but also for breakfast. We'll make it together and I'm sure it will never be missing again even on your tables. Let's try?

Here is a new appointment with Tuscan tradition, an experience to get to know and get to know my city: Siena and its Chianti. Gnocchi is a simple and tasty recipe at the same time. In this experience we explore how to make gnocchi and many other secrets. The most iconic Tuscan dish is ''gnudi,'' ricotta and spinach gnocchi named for their resemblance to the filling of ravioli, but without pasta, seasoned in a variety of ways: with hazelnut butter and sage, to savor their delicacy as much as possible; gnudi with black cabbage (in season); and then moving on to stuffed gnocchi (the filling is your choice depending on your guest's needs, from sausage, salami, cheese, and vegetables).A cooking class full of ideas and suggestions, for a dish that both young and old enjoy!

At the home of the city of the Palio

A special visit to the weekly city market of Siena, held every Wednesday morning at La Lizza from 8.30 am to 1.30 pm., filling the streets around the Fortezza with stalls and street vendors. You can find clothes, shoes, bags, household goods, flowers, fresh fruit and vegetables at reasonable prices.In this street food experience you can taste a lot of local products, typical cured meats, rotisserie whit hot foods, the most curious about Tuscan traditions.
