Pranzo o cena tipica a 3 portate. Che sia pranzo o cena, verrete accolti nel mio Atelier immerso nel cuore del Souk el Ballarak (mercato di Ballarò). Vi accoglierò con un drink di benvenuto accompagnato da prelibatezze palermitane e pane fatti in casa da me. Il sorriso, i racconti e i canti della tradizione vi accompagneranno per un’esperienza fatta di gusto e Amore per la propria terra. I prodotti utilizzati per creare i piatti che gusterete, sono freschi e a km 0. Il vino che sorseggerete viene da Cantine Siciliane biologiche. L’attenzione alle materie prime e al biologico sono un mio punto fermo.Posso realizzare il menù vegetariano e per intolleranti al glutine.

- A wonderful event! Rosa has been a lovely host. She gave me a lot of insights into cooking pasta and tiramisu. I recommend strongly to book a cooking class with Rosa. It turned out she is not only a good chef and host but also a great singer! Looking forward to the next cooking class!
- Rosa was a wonderful host. Very warm and friendly, and a great singer to accompany the cooking. It was lovely to meet a local and another traveller (it was 2 of us doing the class). The atmosphere was really relaxed and I had a lot of fun. A really great option for solo travellers. Also appreciated that I was allocated a host so close to my accommodation.
- I had such a great evening. I am not a very good cook but rosa was very kind and patient. I learned a lot about sicilian pasta and history. The whole evening was perfect. Rosa is an extremely nice host, very welcoming. Rosa is not just a very good cook but also a talented artist and singer. She sang for me all the time :)

"Amo cucinare e sperimentare, ma alla fine adoro cucinare e mangiare siciliano, usando prodotti siciliani a Km 0. Quello che cucino mi è stato insegnato da mia madre, da zie e nonne acquisite nel tempo. Sono una cantante ed attrice, quindi amo cantare mentre cucino e intrattenere i miei ospiti con canzoni e racconti della nostra Sicilia bedda. Alla mia tavola, semplice e curata, le pietanza stagionali, con attenzione per vegetariani e intolleranti al glutine."
